HGI-01 oil gas gathering and delivery corrosion inhibitor is film corrosion inhibitor composed of imidazoline amide and organic amide as main ingredients and other accessory ingredients water solution. It can be used for corrosion protection of inwall of oil pipeline, delivery pipeline or sea bottom pipeline in petroleum, natural gas exploitation and gathering and delivery. It has preferable protection effect on the corrosive environment of acidity gas like CO2, H2S and high mineralized degree brine. It is applied to protect of metal corrosion caused by the water from high mineralized degree oil field with high chloridion and moderate and low root carbonate ions. It is also applied to control of carbon steel under high partial pressure CO2 in the high mineralized degree brine system of oil field infusing CO2 for the displacement of reservoir oil craft process. It is also applied to anticorrosion protect of carbon steel metal corrosion caused by the output from high mineralized degree oil filed with high CO2 and chloridion, moderate and low root carbon ions. The corrosion rate of carbon steel is much lower than 0.076 mm/a and has the effect on low down the environment hydrogen embrittlement when the applied concentration is 50 mg/L or lower.
