HCIR-01 oil refinery craft corrosion inhibitor is a new type neutralization corrosion inhibitor applied to neutral or partial acid conditions. It is composed of water soluble acid medium corrosion inhibitor, passivating neutral medium corrosion inhibitor, organic amide neutralization agent, cation type surfactant and other accessory ingredients. Product can neutralize acidic materials effectively and make stable film in equipments pipelines surface. Product has preferable corrosion inhibition effect and prevents the equipments from leak source corrosion. The product with acid outcome is water soluble non-sedimentary sex salt so it can minus the corrosion under sediments and doesnĄ¯t contain metal and other catalyzer toxic materials and doesnĄ¯t have effect on the lower reaches products and working process.
Product also has several below characteristics:
Strong neutralization ability, the alkali value reaches 400 mgHCL/g or above.
Preferable corrosion inhibition ability, under the condition of T=95℃ in 400 mg/LHCL ¨C 100 mg/L H2S-H2O medium, its corrosion rate to A3 steel hanger reaches 90% above.
Scale inhibition performance superior, can prevent scale ammonium and other salt deposit.
Washing function, can get rid of equipments inner surfaces dirt, increase heat exchange efficiency and low down the energy consumption.
Agent consumption low, the consumption quantity is only 1/2 ¨C 3/4 of congeneric products in current market.
